ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty
When purchased within 45 days of surgery for the low enrollment fee of $100, the ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty is available for certain Natrelle™ breast implants and includes:
- 10 years of guaranteed financial assistance
- Up to $2,400 in out-of-pocket expenses for surgical fees, operating room and anesthesia expenses not covered by insurance
- Free contralateral silicone breast implant replacement.
At the surgeon's request, Allergan will also provide a replacement for the contralateral breast - Coverage of silicone gel-filled and saline-filled breast implants

Coverage Information
Events Covered
ConfidencePlus® warranties apply only to cases of loss of shell integrity resulting in implant rupture or implant deflation that requires surgical intervention. Ask your surgeon for a copy of the complete program details and terms.
Events Not Covered
The ConfidencePlus® warranties do not apply to:
- Removal for capsular contracture
- Dissatisfaction with implant size or aesthetic appearance
- Adverse reactions other than implant rupture or deflation
- Loss of product integrity caused by open or closed capsulotomy
- Surgery on the opposite breast to replace an intact implant unless covered by the ConfidencePlus® Premier Warranty
- Other manufacturers products
- Financial reimbursement for a non-Natrelle™ replacement product in lieu of a Natrelle™ replacement product
